Since remodeling can
involve several different trades (carpentry,
plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, etc) it
often requires the need to sub contract some of the
work. However, our crews are skilled in all of
these trades and therefore we are able to perform
all of these phases with out the need for sub
contracting, This has the advantages of
reduced cost and simplified scheduling.
As the owner of
Central Ohio Remodeling, I will personally estimate
and inspect each job while maintaining regular
involvement with the necessary details.
